Recently 2016 Huzhou science and technology advancement prize was awarded by city science and technology bureau. “Low source low oxygen diffusion 156 polycrystalline silicon solar cell type” filed by the company was awarded the third prize of the technical and technological progress of the city after several rounds of expert review.
Proposed in 2010, the project is focusing on the PN equipment of polycrystalline silicon solar cell type, optimising the original diffusion process and invention of new diffusion process, combined with current dense grid environment, and improves electrical performance indicators such as short circuit current (Isc), open circuit voltage (Uoc), fill factor (FF) to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of cell conversion. The project has passed the identification of provincial new products and won inventive patents: the method of fast regulating polysilicon wool reducing weight (ZL201010558410.X).
The project is in line with the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction and the development of new energy and has achieve the industrialization of production, which has made outstanding contribution not only to cost and energy saving, but also to improve the online yield of polysilicon solar cells through the application of low source low oxygen technology. As new generation of high efficiency polysilicon solar cells, its product technology is higher than the conventional diffusion process polysilicon solar cells and has high conversion efficiency and low production cost. The market prospect is broad.
